Showing up & labour.
Every job starts with the dispatch + hourly labour. These apply regardless of which equipment we need.
Service call · dispatch
On-site arrival fee. Waived when work proceeds the same visit.

Standard hourly · Mon-Fri 7-5
Labour billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour minimum. Cross the 30-min mark, the next half hour kicks in.

After-hours · weekends · emergency
Nights, weekends, statutory holidays. Existing clients get priority dispatch.

2 · Equipment fees
Per machine. On top.
Add the equipment fee for whichever tool the job needs. Camera inspection is always optional — but recommended when you want to know what you're paying for.
Diagnostics & camera inspection
Add-on to any visit — full pipe recording, you keep the file. Locates breaks, roots, bellies.

All rates plus HST. Rates assume readable cleanouts and standard access. Equipment fees quoted on-site after a 5-minute look at the job.
