Layout & rough-in
I sit down with the drawings (or sketch them with you), walk the space, and plan supply + DWV routing before any wall opens. Permits pulled where required.
Fixture install
Toilets, vanities, tubs, shower valves, faucets, ice-maker lines, pot fillers, dishwasher tie-ins. Whatever the trim package is, I install it.
Finish & walk-through
Pressure-test everything. Caulk lines, escutcheons, aerators, drains all dialed. I walk you through every shut-off and how to use what's new before I leave.
Kitchens
Sinks, faucets,
islands & beyond.
Apron-front sinks, pot fillers over the range, ice-maker lines, dishwasher tie-ins, instant-hot at the prep sink. Coordinated with your cabinet maker and your tile setter.
